TibiaME email support is handled by using a new System. As before, you can contact us via email to support@tibiame.com if you have a problem. You will find that our replies now contain an automatically generated number in the subject line, which helps us to assign your requests. If you want to reply to an email sent by us, please make sure not to edit or delete the number in the subject line until the problem has been solved. If you need help with a new problem, please write a new email without including previous ticket numbers in the subject line. You will automatically get a new number for your new problem.

We have finished testing the update, so now it is your turn on discovering a whole new TibiaME. Learn powerful spells and defeat your enemies with that new magic twist. Or set out for a dangerous adventure (recommended Level > 40) into the jungle of the new island Banuna.

Welcome to the jungle! Fight your way through overgrown forests, solve ancient riddles and fight against many new monsters. Discover old temples and what secrets lie beneath them. Of course you will find some new helpful items on your way...

Don't forget to download the new client. The new client has got the version 1.54 and will install over your previous TibiaME installation.

The Beta Test has been closed and we want to thank all players that took part and gave us such valuable feedback on the new features. As already mentioned, the spring update won't be ready until May - but it will be worth the wait!

We have launched a Beta Test for the new spring update features. You will be able to try out some true magic, by casting spells at your enemies. Also you will find a lot of information about the upcoming features and how the vocation balancing will work.

Many of you want to know more about the upcoming Vocation Balancing in TibiaME. At the moment the Wizards are underpowered and it is very dangerous to fight some of the stronger monsters in the game for them. There have been many great suggestions from the community and we are currently working on some big changes in the game to balance the two vocations and make playing more exciting. We are going to introduce real Magic to TibiaME, allowing Wizards and Warriors to use magic spells to defeat enemies or to heal and strengthen friends in battle. So how is this whole supernatural stuff going to work?
