Due to maintenance work at the network center there will be mass kicks on all TibiaME worlds between 9:00 and 10:00 o'clock German time. Please do not play the game in dangerous areas or at the arena in this time, as you might loose items, experience or ranks in this time.

The first episode of the TibiaME Tales Season Three will be published tomorrow. The Season Three will bring you 6 new Episodes containing exciting riddles and quests to solve.

When posting in the Forum please mark your topic as ***SPOILER***, so that other people have the chance to enjoy the episode.

Also on June 24, 2008 there will be some maintenance work on the network infrastructure. Between 13:00 and 16:00 CEST the TibiaME servers will not be reachable. Please excuse any inconvenience.

BASEL, Switzerland (AP) — Russia scored two goals in extra time Saturday to advance to the semifinals of the European Championship with a 3-1 upset win over the Netherlands.

Dimitry Torbinski and Andrei Arshavin scored within five minutes of each other in the second half of extra time. Roman Pavlyuchenko also scored for Russia, while Ruud van Nistelrooy scored for the Dutch in the 86th.

All three quarterfinals have been won by group runners-up. Russia will play the winner of Sunday's match between Spain and Italy next Thursday.

It was a sweet victory for Dutchman Guus Hiddink, who enhanced his reputation of getting lesser known teams far in tournaments. The Russia coach guided South Korea to the 2002 World Cup semifinals, and he took Australia to the second round of the 2006 World Cup.

New Password Recovery System Jun 10, 2008
We are going to introduce the new Password Recovery System soon. So what is going to change?

First of all, you will be able to choose between eMail or SMS for the Password Recovery System. This is done by creating an Emergency Contact (eMail or mobile phone number) in the Info menu of the game.

After creating the Emergency Contact you will be shown a random 4-digit PIN, which is required to change the password, Emergency Contact and to use the Password Recovery on the website.

IMPORTANT: NEVER SHARE THIS PIN AND NEVER FORGET THIS PIN!!! The PIN will become the primary identifier for the support team - whoever has the PIN of a character is the owner. The PIN cannot be recovered!

Server problems Jun 03, 2008
As you may have noticed lags and kicks occurred on all game worlds during the last three days. These problems were caused by so called DDoS attacks (you might want to look that up on wikipedia) against servers which are located in the same data center as the TibiaME game worlds. Since these attacks are still on-going, we strongly recommend to hunt very carefully. It is possible that your character gets kicks at any time. Needless to say that we work as fast as we can to resolve this situation.

Please understand that neither experience points nor lost items, you might have lost doe to a kick, can be restored.

We have finished testing the update, so now it is your turn on discovering a whole new TibiaME. Have a look at the icy island St.Nivalis and solve riddles and quests while fighting against dangerous new monsters. You can reach the new island by talking with Trua or by ship from Aurea North Port.

On your way you will meet sweet squirrels, lazy walruses, dangerous Yetis and even powerful ice dragons. You will also find some new weapons and armors.

Don't forget to download the new client, even though the old clients will still work after the update. The new client has got the version 1.52 and will install over your previous TibiaME installation.
